Delivery, Refunds and Returns information
Delivery
All of our pieces are individually hand crafted upon placement of order and standard delivery time for the UK is 3 weeks. Rosie Willett Designs will advise customers when goods have been dispatched. Should an order be needed more urgently, please contact Rosie Willett Designs by email or telephone and we will try out best to meet your requirements. Delivery is free for all UK orders.
Standard delivery time for international orders is 6 weeks. All international orders are sent via Royal Mail's International Signed For service, with a standard delivery charge of £15.
Refunds
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from Rosie Willett Designs. Refunds will be given for items purchased through our website, provided that the item is returned within 7 working days. Refunds will not be given if the item has been worn or swing tags have been removed.
We are unable to offer refunds on earrings for hygiene reasons.
Returning your goods
Our delicate products are carefully packaged to ensure that no damage will occur during transit. Should you decide to return your item to Rosie Willett Designs, please ensure that it is packaged in the same way as it was sent out to you to avoid damage. We are unable to offer refunds on items that are returned to us in poor condition.
When returning your goods we advise that you use Royal Mail Special Delivery as this service is tracked and insured. Rosie Willett Designs can not be held responsible for lost or damaged packages. We recommend that you retain your proof of postage.
